We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition. Our process is designed to be as sustainable and straightforward as possible to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Choose Your Option

Select whether you would prefer a direct exchange for a different size, a store credit with a bonus, or a full refund to your original payment method.

Package and Label

Re-use the original biodegradable mailing bag if possible, attach the generated QR code or printable shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days.
